Reason Frank Lampard Prefer Kepa Arrizabalaga To Edouard Mendy.

 



      The interim boss Frank Lampard has confirmed that Kepa Arrizabalaga will continue to be the team first choice goal keeper.

Reports had been rife that Kepa would be preferred over Mendy due to his former's ability to use his feet in building play. Despite been a decent shot stopper, Mendy has often been under immense pressure when forced to play out of the back.

Edouard Mendy been the senior team mates will not be features for the rest of the season due to long time shoulder injury sustained for Senegal during the FiFA world cup. 

Kepa was dropped by a Englishman in 2020 following the poor form, then turn to Edouard Mendy. After 18months he had gone on to win the champions League, Super cup, Club world cup and play a starring role in the carabao cup final last season.

Mendy has played eight games this season, due to poor form and injuries sustained from the recent concluded world cup.

Kepa has relapse somehow since then, Leaving fans to predict that Mendy would be back under Lampard.
