Luiz Enrique Express Displeasure Over Lampard Appointment.

 


    Luiz Enrique Martinez Garcia popularly known as Luiz Enrique was born on 8th May,1970. He is a Spanish football manager and former footballer.

Luiz Enrique was among the top 4 possible manager to emerge as Chelsea head coach after Graham Potter was sacked following the poor management of the club after replacing Thomas Tuchel.

According to a report earlier this month, Luiz Enrique was in London to hold conversation with Chelsea board about becoming the new head coach.

Enrique is desperate to take the contract but he was left disappointed by Todd Boehly's decision to appoint Frank Lampard as caretaker manager until the end of the season.

Luiz Enrique's 'rival' Julian Nagelsmann is among the front-runner of becoming Chelsea head coach but the German is Keen on waiting till summer before accepting to become the head coach.

According to report, Luiz Enrique has always wanted to face Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter final, but was downhearted on Chelsea decision to hire Lampard as interim manager.

During his stay at Spain, Enrique won two La liga titles and Champions League after spending 3years at Bacelona. He is available and ready to take up the job to manage Chelsea as the blues compare options.
