according to the report, Chelsea co owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali are not yet convinced he is the problem, cause there are several injuries behind the scene and they commend the fact that he left his former club "Brighton" to joined Chelsea in the mid season.

the board of directors keep on believing and anticipating that he is new to the club and with time he will develop his own strategy to improve the club on long run.
